BACKGROUND
Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) is responsible for regulating immigration advisers by ensuring they are fit and competent and act in the best interest of their clients. It is a criminal offence for a person to provide immigration advice or services in the UK unless their organisation is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or is otherwise covered by the Act. To apply for registration with OISC, you need to take the Code and Rules Test. You need to get 100% on this test to pass and proceed with your application.
